Loved the location, staff was friendly and helpful and the room was much better than other reviews led us to believe. We would gladly stay here again.

The location was great and incredible for walking around a shopping mall. There were shopping centres and a market around the hotel.

Great location, very relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff. Just an excellent place to stay.
Room was dark and neded a light on all the time. View outside of window was a solid brick wall.Very little natural light can get in. Was no problem for a single traveller but would be reluctant to come back with a family as space was limited in the room

I love the location. Perfect location in the Back Bay...walking distance to so many things including the Common and Frog Pond, Prudential Center and many other things. T Station right across the street! The decor was really fun and unique. Staff was very helpful. Room was small, but comfy and cozy. Everything on the website was exactly as it was. I will definately stay here again and may even try out their sister hotel across town!

I would like to thank all the staff of the hotel, they were very welcoming and cooperative. I liked the "wine tasting party" :-) if in Boston- back bay; I would think of staying there again. Thanks, - Hesham
room sizes are very tiny; however they are equipped with everything you might need including "stereo-sound" system!

The standard room was clean and modern, and I loved the beautiful space. The location is central, close to great restaurants and shops. The staff was really nice and treated us like friends, made everything more special. I appreciated the well-working wifi too!

The hotel was clean and very beutifullydecorated, the staff was kind, and we were happy about the light breakfast the hotel offered. The room was small, but we did not have many bags, so this did not disturb us. From the toppest floor we had a view above to roof tops of the area, which we enjoyed a lot. Central location makes this hotel optimal to most travellers. Unless you need a variety of hotel services, I recommend this hotel to any Boston visitor.

The staff was top rate and always ready to help. The location was convenient to many things.
I spent time looking for the closet until I realized it was a cubbyhole with a door under the tv center. It was maybe 3 feet tall and 18 inches wide. There was no phone book and no pen with paper by the bed. The ice machine was on the 1st floor.

The rooms were small but very well set up and it was an ideal location for shopping, eating, going out and seeing Boston. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great for the price in Boston. It was simple, easy to get to and fun.
It's not fancy but that's not what we were looking for. If you want big or fancy, this isn't the place for you.

Excellent location, value for money and the staff were very helpful.
The breakfast was awful. Couple of paper plates and bagles. I had expected at least some cereal and croissants or at least bread.

The location is great, and, for the area, the price was certainly the best. The hotel is fun, unique and different from cookie cutter hotels. The rooms aren't huge, but very well designed and offer more than enough space.
Many of the rooms on the lower levels (2 - 4) must have no view whatsoever. Even being on the 5th floor, the view was limited at best. The hotel definitely does not cater to families or children (which was not a problem for me).
